Anyone who thought this bill wasn’t about killing the insurance industry had better think again - One of the existing regulations in the industry is that each company must maintain a 65%-35% balance of cash on hand-the 65% to pay any premiums that come along in a fiscal year. The number was thought up because if a catastrophe caused a number of claims at once, a company needed to be able to pay them. That 65% is mandated by law. The remaining 35% is to pay operation expenses like payroll, training, etcetera. A company that falls below that ratio is considered “unstable” by both state and federal regulators. A rating of instability will invite more audits, fines, and eventually could lead to losing to their license to trade in that state.

As plainly and succinctly as the Marxist Democrats have ever spoken, they have now essentially said: “We’re in charge of the country, now--not the people. We’ll do what we please and when we please with our power. If they don’t like it, we have ways to correct and silence them. So they had better get with our program--or else.” As quickly as is possible, Obama and Co is forcing one piece of anti-American and anti-human legislation after another down our now continually choking throats. After almost destroying and stealing our banks and auto industry--then controlling who receives and does not receive life-giving water--The Obama and his Democrat minions have now wrestled and requisitioned a full 1/6 of the US economy from its rightful owners the American people. But, thus far, no one is stopping them.

They had no TV, no philharmonic, no cars, no freeways; their houses were built from mud bricks, not one single high-rise. The tribes on the island were constantly at war, killing each other and using captured enemies as slaves. There were about two hundred thousand people on the island. Maybe less, maybe more, no one knew for sure.

It is a universal political truth that administrations do not begin to fragment when things are going well: it only happens when they go badly, and those who think they know better begin to attack those who manifestly do not. The descent of Barack Obama’s regime, characterised now by factionalism in the Democratic Party and talk of his being set to emulate Jimmy Carter as a one-term president, has been swift and precipitate. It was just 16 months ago that weeping men and women celebrated his victory over John McCain in the American presidential election. If they weep now, a year and six weeks into his rule, it is for different reasons.

Love And Hate Of America
It is my personal opinion that President Obama and his inner circle hate America. I am not talking about landscapes and folk songs. Those they might love. But they dislike what America represents and has been for the last two centuries. I love in America exactly what Obama hates. In other words Obama hates MY America. I also do not like some things here, but I would emigrate here even if the weather everywhere in this country was like in Chicago. I emigrated to and loved this country because this country cherishes each individual more than it cherishes the state. It is quite difficult to understand for Europeans, Asians or Africans who grew to believe that a beehive is more important than a single bee. In America the bee is more important. I love this country because it didn’t demand anything from me. Because I didn’t have to sing hymns to any leader or movement or fate. Because words “do not ask what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country” were wonderful colorful and inspiring… words. I have heard same words from the Soviet Leaders and every socialist organizer that ever was.
