An official such as the president does not need to take a special oath to become subject to the penalties of perjury. He took an oath, by Art. II Sec. 1 Cl. 8, to "faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States" and to "preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States" to the best of his ability. While he holds that office, he is always under oath, and lying at any time constitutes perjury if it is not justified for national security. “It ain’t (America) no more, OK?”

Instead of teaching our young people about their government, today's social studies mixes sociology and psychology with liberal activism, guilt, groupthink and a desire to become citizens of the world. WND article

THERE’S NOTHING ‘EASY’ ABOUT ‘E-ZPass’ TOLLS!
  by Gordon Bishop (3/11/08)

For some unexplainable reason I do not get along with today’s electronic technology.

My electronic E-ZPass ‘responder’ didn’t work at the Garden State Parkway toll booths. I kept getting toll ‘violations” costing me $26.40 on 35-cents and 70-cents E-ZPass toll booths.

So I finally cancelled E-Z-Pass and now pay cash at the toll booths.

My good friends think I’m nuts! Or dumb! (or both!)

My computer in my home office seems to love “glitches” that crash my computer at least 2 or 3 times a week. It also loves “frozen” glitches, forcing me to crash the computer.

It sometimes takes 5 to 10 minutes to get on AOL, one of the worst servers on the Internet. Most of my family and friends got off AOL and use other servers such as optonline.com or yahoo.com.

I’d switch to Yahoo or Optonline in a New York-minute, but I’d have to get all new business cards, letterheads, address labels and computer addresses, which I really don’t want to do because I’m still working as a free-lance writer and media consultant.

I abhor electronic technology, especially that uncontrollable Monster – the endless Internet.

I’m an old-fashioned kind of guy who loved growing up in the 1940s and ‘50s when a dollar was worth a dollar and you could buy a new house for $5,000 or less, and a new car for under $2,000, including the then upscale car – the Cadillac.

Runaway inflation and government liberalism have crushed the working taxpayers and voters.

I want to live in the kind of society we had before the 1960s. There were twin R’s: Respect and Responsibility.

Government back then would allow us to keep most of our paychecks. That was before there were State income taxes, sales taxes, and oppressive federal income taxes.

To add insult to injury, Big Government decided to become our “Nanny Nation.”

Don’t worry, you working-class taxpayers, Big Brother will take care of you when you’re broke and worn out.

I despise Big Brother! It is destroying our economic system and our quality-of-life.

The irony of the above foolish scenario is that our working voters and taxpayers are basically ignorant. They are clueless when it comes to reforming our destructive tax system.

Do you know that the federal income tax is “illegal?” The 16th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution is the federal income tax. This anti-Republic TAX was not approved by the governments of the 39 states that existed in 1913.

Nope, the federal government just by-passed the law-making process as if it didn’t exist.
We, The People Foundation has filed a lawsuit against the federal government (The President, The U.S. Treasurer and the IRS Commissioner), challenging the legality of the income tax.

Guess what? That lawsuit has been sitting before the U.S. Supreme Court for several years. The high court has yet to schedule a hearing.

Why? If the President, Treasurer and IRS Commissioner cannot come up with the “evidence” that the 16th Amendment was lawfully approved, then the federal income tax would have to be abolished.

The solution?

A federal consumption tax – the more you consume, the more you pay.

That sounds all right to me.
